Microsoft Security Essential v4.0 was released in the month of December of last year but it was in beta version , but now Microsoft officially launched stable version.Now I use Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security 2012 but before this i used Microsoft Security Essential ,as a cyber security expert i will say its nice software to keep your PC virus free.It automatically update virus database so you don't have to be worry about all these stuff.So if your are using pirated anti-virus then switched to Microsoft Security Essential v4.0 or if you still using it then update it to version 4.0
